What is the potential Architectural Design field in this century?

#1. All houses and buildings to be completely self sufficient with all needs: water, waste recycling, energy.

#2. Many houses will be able to levitate or fly, for easy movement.

#3. Roads and bridges will become an expensive waste of the past. All vehicles will move through the sky.

#4. Using gravity wave technologies, buildings will be able to be built to a mile high and even much higher.

#5. Mortgage financing will be a thing of the past. Nearly all home buyers will be able to pay cash, and have no house payments. There will be very few renters.

#6. With most people having no rent or house payments, this will free up a huge amount of people’s money for other things, so there will be a massive economic boom.

#7. There will be no rest homes for old people, as aging is already completely cured.

#8. There will be no hospitals. Simple care centers will take care of any health needs. Nearly everyone benefits from simple and instant cures for almost all diseases and ailments.
